Army CID is offering a reward up to $10,000 for information leading to the recovery of Sgt. Jeff A. Coonradt, and/or the successful arrest and conviction of any individuals criminally liable for his disappearance. Sgt. Coonradt, then age 27, was last seen on Dec. 20, 1987, in the vicinity of the former Ford Ord, Calif.
