Mrs. Sellers was last seen on April 24, 1999 in the Biazza Ridge Housing Area, Fort Bragg, N.C. near her residence. She was wearing black jeans or leggings, white T-shirt, possibly carrying a black purse and Newport cigarettes. Sellers is Panamanian by birth and speaks fluent Spanish.
