Fort Ord, Calif. - The Department of the Army Criminal Investigation Division (CID) is offering a reward up to $10,000 for information leading to the recovery of Sgt. Jeff A. Coonradt, and/or the successful arrest and conviction of any individuals criminally liable for his disappearance. Sgt. Coonradt, 27, was last seen in Marina, Calif., on Dec. 20, 1987 while riding as a passenger in the car of a fellow unit member.
