Special Agent Seldrick Moore currently serves as the Executive Assistant Director for the Executive Protection Directorate of the Army Criminal Investigation Division (CID), a senior executive role he assumed in November 2024. In this capacity, he oversees the largest global protection providing organization within the Department of Defense. He is responsible for executing the agency’s integrated mission of providing security details for key civilian and military leaders, including the Secretary of Defense, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Department of the Army, and multiple Combatant Commanders. His responsibilities encompass executive oversight over the planning, directing, and coordinating of protective operations, threat assessments, managing resources, and protective intelligence and protective threat investigations.

Before taking on this executive role, he was the Assistant Director of the Executive Protection Directorate, where he was responsible for the organization, training, and management of Army CID's protective operations. He began his career in CID as the Special Agent in-Charge of the Executive Protective Field Office, where he provided operational oversight over Army CID’s protective operations.

SA Moore's expertise also includes a tenure as a Subject Matter Expert on Special Access Programs at United States Strategic Command, where he managed critical defense portfolios. He started his federal career as an active-duty Air Force member, where he retired after over 20 years of service. His career in federal law enforcement started with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI), where he held various leadership positions in criminal investigations, counterintelligence activities, and protective operations over the course of 14 years.
