Recruiter Assistance Program (RAP) Records Request

Army CID is continuing its comprehensive review of all investigations related to the Recruiter Assistance Program. This review includes, but is not limited to, a thorough assessment of all facets of these cases, to include basis for initiation, sufficiency of investigative efforts, and appropriateness of any titling and indexing determination.

Below are forms you may fill out to request information on if you were titled in an Army CID investigation and request copies of a RAP Army CID investigation, if you were the subject of one.
