FORT BRAGG, N.C. –
On July 8, 2026, the Department of the Army Criminal Investigation Division’s Carolinas Field Office, based at Fort Bragg, was notified that Spc. Sayveon N. Anderson, 8th Ordnance Company, 264th Combat Sustainment Battalion, 3rd Corps Sustainment Command, was missing and last seen on June 29, 2026.
Army CID is fully synchronized with the 3rd Corps Sustainment Command and local law enforcement in a joint effort to locate Spc. Anderson and bring him home safely. To date, investigators have interviewed witnesses, searched known residences and locations of interest, reviewed CCTV footage, and examined transit and travel records. Army CID remains in close contact with Spc. Anderson's family and command, actively pursuing leads as they emerge.
