Ms. Caroline Frye serves as CID’s Executive Assistant Director of Business Operations.
The Business Operations Directorate’s mission is to fortify Army readiness by delivering integrated, tailored, and exemplary business, technical, and resource support and services to Army CID's investigative and protection missions. The directorate provides logistics, facilities, security and protection, requirements management, operations management, and criminal justice information support to the Army CID enterprise.

Ms. Frye has served in a variety of roles for Marine Corps Intelligence, Defense Intelligence, and the Intelligence Community. She worked intelligence, operations, mission management, business management, requirements management, knowledge management, information technology, production, and dissemination issues. Prior to joining federal service, she worked as a freelance writer and editor.

Ms. Frye has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, Linguistics, and Speech and certifications in AGILE, Lean, Six Sigma, Information Mapping Instruction, publications management, contracting, leadership, and management.
