Lieutenant Colonel Thomas M. Russell-Tutty

LTC Thomas M. Russell-Tutty was born in Lexington, Kentucky on 14 June 1971. He first entered the United States Army in November 1988 and was later commissioned as an officer in the Military Police Corps in December 1994.
His military schooling includes the Military Police Officer Basic Course, Military Police Captains Career Course, Combined Armed Services Staff School (CAS3), and the Intermediate Level Education (ILE) course at Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas. His specialized military schooling includes Airborne School, Air Assault School, Anti-Terrorism Basic and Advance Course, the Instructor Trainer Course, Small Group Leaders Course and the Joint Combined Warfare School (JCWS). His civilian schooling includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Police Science from Eastern Kentucky University and Master of Science degree in Human Services from Murray State University.
